Creating a logout button
This procedure demonstrates how to associate a Run Process active link action with a Logout button. See Run Process action.
- In BMC Remedy Developer Studio, open a form.
- Disable the default Logout button in the View Properties tab.
In the form Properties tab, select Menu Access > Accessible Menu Items.
- Click in the Value column to reveal the Ellipse button.
- Click the Ellipse button.
- In the Accessible Menu Items dialog, click to deactivate (remove checkmark) Logout.
- Click OK to close the dialog.
- Create a Logout button on the form.
- Right-click the form, and select Create a New Field > Button.
- In the Properties tab, change the Name and the Button Label to Logout.
- Save the form.
- Repeat these steps for each view.
- Create an active link that is associated with the form and has the following properties:The [confluence_table-plus] macro is a standalone macro and it cannot be used inline.
- Save the active link.
