Localizing your application

The localization toolkit simplifies the process of localizing your application. The toolkit affects the application's:

• Forms
• Associated views
• Fields
• Message catalog entries
• Configuration data

You can use a graphical or command-line interface.

Before localizing your application

Before using the localization toolkit, note that:

• The localization toolkit supports only Unicode BMC Remedy AR System servers.
• You can use the pre-installed SQLite database for testing purposes, but you can use a BMC Remedy AR System server for production purposes. For more information, see Setting a root folder.
