BMC Remedy AR System Java API installed files

To install the BMC Remedy AR System Java API, select the API server component when you install the BMC Remedy AR System server. See Installing in BMC Remedy ITSM Deployment online documentation.

The Java API files are typically installed in the following directories:

  • UNIX — usr/ar/serverName/api
  • Windows — C:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystemserverName\Arserver\api

The BMC Remedy AR System C API files are also in this directory. To verify that the Java API is installed, check that files listed in the Contents of the BMC Remedy BMC Remedy AR System Java API installation section are present.
