Configuring the BMC Remedy Email Engine to rename the server
You can update the server name in the BMC Remedy Email engine by replacing oldServerName with newServerName in the EmailDaemon.properties email server configuration file located in the ARSystemInstallDir\BMCARSystem\AREmail folder.
