Configuring the BMC Remedy AR System Web Services registry to rename the server

The following procedure describes how to update the server name in the BMC Remedy AR System Web Services registry.

  1. In a browser, open the BMC Remedy AR System Web Services Registry form.
  2. For all occurrences of each record on this form, replace the old server name with the new server name.
