Changing the ranking of a service provider

Administrators can use the AR System Service Failover Ranking form to view and manage rankings.

To change the ranking of a service provider

1. In a browser, open the AR System Service Failover Ranking form in search mode:
   http://midTierServer:portNumber/arsys/forms/ARSystemServer/AR+System+Service Failover+Ranking/
2. Perform a search to see the entries in the form, and select the required entry.

3. Change the value in the Rank field.
   The valid value for this field is any integer.

   Note

   A negative-valued rank takes precedence over a positive-valued rank.

4. Save the form.
