Importing and exporting Flashboards objects

You can import and export Flashboards data and definitions like other objects in BMC Remedy AR System. See Exporting-object-definitions-views-and-applications.

Notes

  • When exporting Flashboards, separately export the form, Flashboards variable, and Flashboards. While exporting, if you select the All Related option, Flashboards objects do not get exported.
  • When importing Flashboards, ensure that you import the Form first, followed by Flashboards variable, and then Flashboards. If you do not follow this sequence, Flashboards objects are not imported correctly.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
