Sending email query instructions using the Format label
The confirmation email sent from the outgoing mailbox ( The query results returned) lists all the fields of the form. This is the default behavior of query instructions. You could use the Format label to send an email query instruction that includes only the fields specified in the results list of a form.
To use the Format label
- Create an email.
- To execute a query that returns only the fields specified in the results list, include the Format label with the Short value in your email message to the Email Engine:

If the Format is not explicitly specified, by default, it will be automatically assigned a value of Full, which will return all fields in the form.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
