Before you begin, follow the steps given in the Receiving alerts through Twitter section. 

  1. Click the Twitter button provided on the BMC Remedy ITSM landing console for:
    • BMC Asset Management
    • BMC Service Desk
    • BMC Change Management
    • BMC Knowledge Management
  2. Follow additional configuration steps in Receiving BMC Remedy ITSM broadcasts on Twitter.
