Configuring the proxy server settings

For Twitter notifications to work correctly, it is necessary to have internet access to Twitter and Twitter4j websites from the client computer and from the computer where AR plugin server is running. If your organization does not provide direct internet access, the requests will be routed through a HTTP/HTTPS proxy server. In this case, the required proxy information must be provided during configuration in the new AR System Proxy Server Settings form that can be accessed through BMC Remedy Mid Tier.
