Integrating the BMC Remedy AR System to the chat server

Important

You cannot use Openfire Chat if your browser does not support Adobe Flash. We recommend using Smart IT Openfire Chat for agent-to-agent communication.


To integrate the BMC Remedy AR System with the Openfire chat server, you must execute the following steps:

  1. Map the BMC Remedy AR System users to the chat server
  2. Modify the Chatconfig definition 
  3. Enable-chat-feature-for-AR-system-users
