Subscribing to RSS feeds

This topic provides instructions for subscribing to RSS feeds.

To subscribe to an RSS feed

  1. Click the following link:
     http://<MidtierServer>:<MidtierPort>/arsys/plugins/feeddvm/params?server=<ServerOnWhichYouHaveConfiguredRSSFeed>&username=Demo&pwd=&action=display

    For example:
  2. In the password dialog box, enter your password and authentication string (if any):

  3. From the list of displayed links, copy the link to any RSS feed client.
    For example,
    http://<MidtierServer>:<MidtierPort>/arsys/plugins/feeddvm/params?feedname=<NameOfYourFeed>&server=<ServerName>&feedserver=<ServerName>&action=send&native=1&ud=<User data>

You are now subscribed to receive RSS feeds through the RSS feed client.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
