Enabling common content synchronization for tenants in Remedy Smart Reporting
A Remedy Smart Reporting administrator can share any common content, including the out-of-the-box content, to multiple tenants at the same time. A tenant can be configured to receive this common content which is synchronized at scheduled intervals. By default, the content synchronization option is disabled for all tenants. An AR System administrator can enable or disable the content synchronization option for a tenant in Remedy AR System by using the Smart Reporting Client Sync Mapping form. You can also select multiple tenants at a time for enabling and disabling content synchronization.
