Export and import custom record data between environments

You can use the Data Management Console to load or export data for custom records in your applications and perform the following actions:

  • Export data from records and associated records.
  • Preview the exported data prior to exporting.
  • Import data into records.
  • Define data mapping, handle duplicate records, and transform the format of the imported data.

Download server logs from BMC Helix Innovation Studio

You can enable server logs and download them from BMC Helix Innovation Studio. You no longer need to contact BMC Support to access the log files.

Extend Process without requiring reconciliation by using copy process

In BMC Helix Innovation Studio, you can copy an existing process definition to a different application or library and extend its functions to the target application.
