Configuring the cognitive service providers for the BMC Helix Platform Cognitive Service


BMC Helix Platform enables the administrators to make a choice between the cognitive service provider that they can use for auto-classification and conversation services. As an administrator you can use one of the following cognitive service providers for the BMC Helix Platform Cognitive Service:

  • IBM Watson Assistant Conversation Service activated by BMC
  • BMC Native (Google) classification based on Google Cloud Platform
