Embedding a view using BWF Inline View component

Expression: Select this option if you want to specify the View Name by using a dynamic expression.
Definition Picker: Select this option if you want to select a View Name from a drop-down list.

The BWF Inline View component is available in the Shared Components section of the View designer and is visible only if the Shared Components bundle is deployed.

Use the BWF Inline View component in your custom application if you want to embed an additional view within your existing view.

To configure the BWF Knowledge Article Assistant component

Log in to BMC Helix Innovation Studio and navigate to the Workspace tab.
Select your custom application.
Navigate to the Views tab and select the view in which you want to embed another view.
From Palette, drag the BWF Inline View component to the canvas.
In the Properties pane, click Settings , and then specify the properties as indicated in the following table:

Property	Description	Example
View Source	Select the view source from the following options: Expression: Select this option if you want to specify the View Name by using a dynamic expression. Definition Picker: Select this option if you want to select a View Name from a drop-down list.
View Name	If you select View source as Expression, Click to build an expression, to define a view name. If you select View Source as Definition Picker, select a view name from a drop-down list. The input parameters for that view are displayed, and values are passed from those parameters.
View Params	This option is available when you select View source as Expression. Click to build an expression to define parameters to pass to the embedded view.
Hidden	Use the toggle key to hide or display the component at runtime. You can select one of the following options: At all times — Select this option when you want to hide the component all the time. When condition is True— Select this option when you want to hide the component for a certain condition. To define a condition, Click to build an expression.
