Issues table


Review the following tables for issues that were corrected in BMC Helix Innovation Suite 26.1 and for known issues that remain open.

Corrected issues

View the issues in the following tables by the default sort order, Status, which shows the corrected issues first. 

The version number represents the update (Year.Month.Release) or release number (MajorRelease.MinorRelease.ServicePack.Patch) in which the issue is fixed.

Known (open) issues

To view only the open issues, click the Status filter, and select Open

You can also filter and sort issues according to the found version (version in which the issue was found), component, or defect ID.

AR System server

When repeated locale string lookups occur during enum alias value translation, the dashboard response time exceeds two minutes. This delay is caused by inefficient looping through localizable strings for each record.

Server.JDBC

When localized values are passed in an IN query, the system does not return results. This issue occurs because the values are not translated to the default locale before the query runs.

AR System server

When dashboards run on large datasets, the server makes repeated database calls while attempting locale translation for unsupported locales, which causes slowness, excessive SQL queries, and timeouts.

When a network glitch occurs, plug-in calls fail intermittently and cause data inconsistency because of short-term connectivity errors in the plug-in pods.

When you connect to an AR System server version earlier than 25.4 by using a client application (for example, Developer Studio) or any AR System Java API of version 25.4, filters retrieved through the GetFilter API return a disabled flag or display No (disabled) in the UI. However, the filters remain enabled on the server until you explicitly disable them. This behavior affects only the Java RPC client.

AR System serverWhen you perform operations such as saving incidents, viewing KB articles, and performing bulk CI relationships, a stale Oracle database connection in the connection pool causes intermittent database failures, and the following error message is displayed: The SQL database operation failed. BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround

On the New knowledge access mapping page, when administrators map companies or support groups to user groups, the Knowledge management user group list does not display more than 100 user groups. However, migrated environments support a maximum of 3000 user groups.
