In BMC Helix Innovation Studio version 20.08, the AR platform Named license is a Fixed license by default. If you have both BMC Helix ITSM and BMC Helix Innovation Studio installed on your system, BMC Helix ITSM users who have a Read license might get synced to BMC Helix Innovation Studio and the license will be synced to the Named (Fixed) license.
