Setting language, time zone, and date and time style in My preferences

You can set your preferred language, time zone, and date and time style from My preferences under the user profile in any BMC Helix application.

Before you begin

The AR-IS-Locale-Convergence CCS parameter controls where user preference data is stored. By default, the parameter is set to true, and all user preference values are stored in the AR System User Preference form. If the parameter is set to false, language preferences are stored in the User Preference form, while time zone and date and time preferences are stored in the AR System User Preference form.
For more information, see Configuration settings A-B.
