Adding new system locales
BMC Helix Innovation Studio supports a set of languages by default. For the complete list of supported languages, see Localizing an application.
As an administrator, you can manually add additional languages to support localization of error messages, warnings, and static UI text in your applications.
To add more languages to BMC Helix Innovation Studio, complete the following steps:
- Log in to BMC Helix Innovation Studio and click Administration.
- Select Server Settings > System locales.
- Click + New .
- In the Locale name field, enter the name of the locale.
- In the Code field, enter the language code (for example, fr, de, es).
- Click Save.
You have added a new system locale. This locale becomes available for use in application localization.
