Reporting application errors as issues
After you report the issue, the details are sent to the administrator who can then submit a case to BMC Support to resolve the issue. For more information, see Submitting-user-reported-issues-to-BMC-Support.
The following image describes the workflow of reporting an issue:
To report errors
- Click Report Issue on the error message.
- Describe the steps that led to the error.
- Click Submit Report.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
