AR Registry plug-in configuration


After publishing a web service, use the AR Registry plug-ins to register, modify, and unregister web services.

Plug-in type

The following plug-in types are available:

  • ARSYS.ARF.REGISTRY is a Java-based AR Filter API plug-in.
  • ARSYS.ARDBC.REGISTRY is a Java-based ARDBC plug-in.

AR System server connectivity

The AR System serverinteracts with the AR Registry plug-in when an event occurs on the AR System Web Services Registry form. The AR Registry plug-ins are installed in the ARInstallationFolder\pluginsvr folder.

Configuration information

The configuration information of the AR Registry plug-ins is available in the AR System Administration: Plugin Server Configuration form.

The AR System Administration: AR System Configuration Generic UI form includes the Server-Plugin-Alias setting that points to the correct plug-in server alias:

  • Server-Plugin-Alias: ARSYS.ARF.REGISTRY ARSYS.ARF.REGISTRY HOST:9999
  • Server-Plugin-Alias: ARSYS.ARDBC.REGISTRY ARSYS.ARDBC.REGISTRY HOST:9999
