AR Filter API plug-ins configuration


The configuration information for the AR Filter API plug-ins is available in the following configuration forms:

  • AR System Administration: Plugin Server Configuration form
  • AR System Administration: AR System Configuration Generic UI form

Configure and use the AR Registry plug-in to register, modify, and unregister web services.

Configure and use the Command Automation Interface (CAI) plug-in to create, update, and receive data from other back-office applications.

Configure and use the CAI RESTful plug-in to establish communication between the Change Management application and BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management Server.

Configure and use the Charge-back plug-in to track costs associated with the configuration items (CIs) using the cost creation dialog box.

Configure and use the Docs Migration plug-in to convert an oldBMC Helix ITSM: Knowledge Management (7.1/7.2/7.5 non-AR System-based) article to an AR System-based RKM article.

Configure and use the File System Sync plug-in to synchronize files that were modified or added since the last sync with the RKM:KnowledgeArticleManager form. An AR Systemescalation calls this plug-in and passes the latest sync time.

Configure and use the Form Permissions plug-in to register the AR Systemform as a knowledge base item.

Configure and use the FTSplug-in to perform a search from a non-indexer server in a server group. The FTSplug-in provides row-level and field-level security for indexed data during searches.

Configure and use the Spreadsheet Data Generator (SDG) plug-in to look up the AR Systemforms, fields, and conditional dependency of fields and retrieves the field properties, such as the help text, length, and label of these fields. 

Configure and use the Twitter Alert Notification plug-in to send an alert notification or a "tweet" to a valid Twitter account.

Configure and use the Twitter User Registration plug-in to authorize a Twitter account and register a mapping between AR System server user and Twitter user accounts.

Configure and use the Update Knowledge Article Manager (KAM) Mapping plug-in to update the KAM core fields (Submit Date and Create Date) and the KAM Mapping field.

Configure and use the AR Migrate plug-in to enable interaction between the Dev to Prod application.
