AR System Email Attachments form


Use the AR System Email Attachments form to create, display, and modify information about attachments used with emails and templates, including incoming emails. For each attachment, the form provides a unique ID, the type of attachment (for example, a text file), the name of the attachment, whether the attachment is an email attachment or a template attachment, and the file name, size, and label.

Administrators can access this form from the Template form if an attachment is needed for a new template. Users can access attachments from this form when they compose an email message.

Attachment Name

Name of attachment.

File Name (attachment pool)

Enables users to view error messages if their email was not sent correctly.
