Form to view all data about an approval request

The AP:Detail form holds all the data about an approval request. You can use the AP:Detail form to determine the status of a request, and to see a history of activities on the request for any approval process. If an approver changes the status of an approval request to Hold, the AP:Detail form continues to show the status as Pending. In addition to the fields described in this section, the AP:Detail form also includes hidden Currency, Date, and Time fields to store temporary results during a workflow. For example, Currency Field 1 and Currency Field 2 are temporary fields of the currency type.

Field

Description

Application

Name of the approval request form for the request.

Request

The AR System ID for the request.

Process

The approval process for the current Detail entry.

Comments

The comments entered by approvers in this field.

Priority

The priority of this request as set by the process.

Submitter

The AR System user name of the person who submitted the request.

Status

The status of the request.

Approval Audit Trail

The audit trail of date, time, and approver for actions taken on this request.
This information is part of the permanent record for this request.

Global Approve

The setting to approve the request, overriding the regular approval process.
You must have process administrator override authority to perform this action.

Although this option is available, we recommend using Approval Central for overrides.

Global Reject

The setting to reject the request, overriding the regular approval process.
You must have process administrator override authority to perform this action.

Assignee Group Permissions

The Assignee Group permissions for the request.
This field supports the multitenancy feature.

Process Instance ID

The GUID for the process associated with the request.

Signing Method

The tracking method (Approval Console or Email Engine) used for approving or rejecting a request.
