Form to store intermediate data when generating multiprocess preview for an approval request

The AP:Preview Data form stores intermediate data that is used to generate a multi-process preview for an approval request. For more information, see Using-the-multi-process-preview.

The field values correspond to the input parameter values of the Generate-Multi-Process-Preview command. For more information, see Process-commands.

Field

Description

Application Request ID

The application request ID.

Application Form Name

The application form name.

Preview Type

Indicates whether a single process or multi-process preview is generated.

Process List

The list of processes separated by semicolons (; ).

Phase-Process List

The semicolon-separated list of processes, each prefixed with some related information and separated by a colon (: ). Some processes might not have any related information prefixed.
