Setting previews for approval requests

The AP:PreviewInfo form allows requesters and approvers to preview the approvals by displaying a list of the completed and remaining approvals for any request.

To allow users to preview approval responses, you must perform the following configuration actions:

Configure the approval process to generate a preview at the required time.

Design a form that queries the AP:PreviewInfo form.

Create a workflow that uses the Add-PGNA-Values command to gather signatures.
