Configuring general Mid Tier settings
Use the General Settings page to update configuration settings, such as session timeout intervals, preference servers, Home page server, and reporting information. A bold label with an asterisk indicates a required field. To access this page, click the General Settings link in the navigation pane of the Mid Tier Configuration Tool as shown in the following image:
