Server cannot find history or summary data


If you receive an error message that no history or summary data is found, or you see an empty chart, open the FB:History and FB:History Summary forms in a browser to see if data was collected.

If there is no data in the forms, check the Flashboards server log file (arfbserver.log) to see if the Flashboards server retrieved the data.

For example, when debug logging is enabled, you should see the following type of message:

- Executing history collection job for variable <variableName>

To enable debugging, on AR System Administration: Flashboard Server Configuration form, set the value of the Log Level field to DEBUG. See Configuring-the-Flashboard-server-settings-at-a-global-level.
