Creating email configuration views

As an administrator, create email configuration views in your custom application using the sample out-of-the-box views. These views manage email settings, messages, and error resolution.

You can copy and update the following sample out-of-the-box views:

  • Sample - Email Box Console: Configure email settings to create, update, or delete email.
  • Sample - Incoming Email Messages Console: Manage all emails, including sent, received, and error messages, while also enabling the reprocessing of failed incoming emails.
