BMC - Share system access details

Share system access details and user credentials.

BMC Helix, Inc. sends you an activation email that contains environment details and system information like login URL and administrator credentials.

Important: Out-of-the-box BMC Helix Innovation Studio is configured to use the user accounts within a AR System for authentication.

However, if you are using SAML-based authentication within your organization and want to configure BMC Helix Single Sign-On to use that for authentication, you must submit a request to BMC Support for the BMC Helix Single Sign-On configuration with SAML.

Administrator - Perform basic configurations

(Optional) Modify consent for data collection.

Data collection is enabled by default. You can modify your consent for data collection at any time. 

Data collection provides information about the usage of the product for identifying defects, improving performance, or developing new product features.

Set up Foundation data by using any of the following methods:

  • Create Foundation data one at a time
  • Load the Foundation data in bulk

Set up user accounts and grant access to manage and maintain the system.

Administrator - Perform advance configurations

Configure the BMC Helix Innovation Studio applications.

Developer - Develop the applications

Create a codeless application by using BMC Helix Innovation Studio.
