Creating email templates to perform searches using qualifications


See the following procedure to know how to create a sample email template to perform a search using qualifications.

To create an email template to search using a qualification

  1. Export the email template for the form that you want to make available for searching.
    The following example shows a mail template for a form:

  2. Edit the exported file.
    1. Change the Action:Submit to Action:Query.
    2. Remove all fields in the message and include a Qualification label.
      The following example shows an exported file that was modified to search using the Qualification label.

      Action: Query
      Format: Short
      Qualification: 'Source' = "Phone" OR 'Source' = "email"


 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
