Terminating the import job

You can terminate an import job if the import process is stuck or is taking excessively long. The import process might take several hours depending on the number of articles that must be imported and their attributes. You might conclude that the process is stuck but as long as the system pushes messages to the log file, the import job is running, and there is no need to terminate it.

Before you begin

To terminate the import job

  1. Log in to BMC Helix Innovation Studio.
