To associate forms with workflow:
Select the Associated Forms page. The Associated Forms list includes all forms associated with any selected object.
Click Add.
In the Form Selector, select the forms to associate and click OK. To filter the list of forms, type a pattern in the Name field. To move to a form in the list, type the first characters of the name in the Locate field.
In the Edit dialog box, click Apply to associate the form or OK to associate the forms and close the dialog box.
To change workflow execution options:
Select the Execution Options page. Only execution options that apply to all workflow types selected are shown. A square in the check box indicates that some but not all of the selected objects have that execution option enabled.
Select or clear the check boxes to set the appropriate execution options.
To change the execution order, select an operation from the list and type an integer in the field.
Click Apply to update the execution options, or click OK to update the execution options and close the dialog box.
To change object permissions:
Select the Permissions page. You can set permissions for active link. In the Permissions list, the Applicable To column displays one of the following conditions:
All Objects — The group or role has permissions for all of the selected objects.
Some Objects — The group or role has permissions to some of the selected objects.
To assign permission to a group or role for all of the objects selected, click in the corresponding Applicable To and select All Objects.
To assign permissions to new groups or roles, use the arrow buttons to move the appropriate groups and roles into the Permissions list.
To change access levels (for example, Visible or Hidden), for each group or role in the Permissions list, click the drop-down menu in the Permission column and select the correct access level.
