Updating the AR System server name for Atrium Integrator
Perform the following steps to rename the AR System server that is used by Atrium Integrator:
- Update the UDM:Config form.
- In a browser, open the UDM:Config form.
- Update the Host field with the new host name.
- Update the UDM:RAppPassword form.
- In a browser, open the UDM:RAppPassword form.
- Update the new server name in the Server Name field.
- Update the new password in the RApp Password field.
- Remove all existing entries from the UDM:ExecutionInstanceform.
- In a browser, open the UDM:ExecutionInstance form.
- Delete all the existing entries.
- Perform this step only if you have executed jobs on the old server by modifying the UDM:PermissionInfo form.
For the executed jobs, remove the old server entry from the UDM: PermissionInfo form.- In a browser, open the UDM: PermissionInfo form.
- Update the new server name in the Atrium Integrator field.
- Change the server name for Atrium Integrator.
- Open the CMDB Portal.
- Select Jobs > Manage Atrium Integrator.
The Data Imports page opens. - Click Manage Data Stores.
The Data Stores page opens and displays a list of defined data sources. - Select an AR System data source and click Edit.
- In the AR Server Name field, update the new server name.

- Update the server name in Atrium Integrator Spoon.
- Open the Atrium Integrator Spoon.
- Open any one job which uses the old server name.
- Open a transformation.
- In the Explorer pane click Database connections> <old server name>. Database connection dialog box is displayed.
- In the Settings section, update the new server name details.
- Click OK.
- Click Save.
- Update the new server name in Job scheduler.
- Open the Atrium Integrator console.
- Select the desired job.
- Open the Manage Job Schedule dialog box.
- In the Carte Server drop-down list, select the new server name.
- Click Save.
- Repeat the steps for each job.
