Identifying the operation owner

A number of operations run on a single server and supports operations across the server group. The Current Operation Owner screen enables you to identify the server where a specific operation is running. In case of failover, you can use this screen to identify the server where failover has occurred.

For example, a Flashboards server runs on a computer and supports different servers in a server group. In this scenario, it is difficult to determine which server is currently running a specific operation.

Required permissions

You must have either of the following permission to access the Current Operation Owner screen:

  • AR System Administrator
  • Integration Administrator
  • Email Administrator
  • Archive Administrator

  • View the server where an operation is currently running.
  • Identify whether the operation is running on the primary server or not. If an operation is not running on a primary server, the changes in the owner are displayed.

The Refresh button updates the table with the latest owner for each operation.
