Finding a request by example
To search for requests
- In Mid Tier, open a form in Search mode, for which you want to find requests.
- To specify the search criteria, enter information in the required fields.
If you enter values for more than one field, the logical AND operator is automatically applied for the search criteria. The more fields you fill in, the more specific your search becomes. - Click Search.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
