Finding a request by example


As a user, if you do not have a search qualification to find the required requests, leverage the find by request feature to find the information that you want. To use this feature, open a form and enter the related information and run a search. The information that you enter is used as sample information by AR System to search for requests that match the sample information.

Important

You cannot specify search criteria for attachment fields. 

To search for requests

  1. In Mid Tier, open a form in Search mode, for which you want to find requests.

  2. To specify the search criteria, enter information in the required fields.
    If you enter values for more than one field, the logical AND operator is automatically applied for the search criteria. The more fields you fill in, the more specific your search becomes.
  3. Click Search.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
