Error message

Reason

The following warning is displayed when assigning a bundled application license to a user:

Invalid license(s) assigned. :

Field Application Licenses can't be empty for License Type: Bundled (ARERR 9829)

When all the bundled licenses are consumed and you create a new user with the same license.

Workaround: 

Increase the number of user licenses available on your server.

The following error is displayed when assigning a bundled application license to a user:

Error: There is no such application user fixed license on the system: : Remedy Service Management Suite (ARWARN 9856) 


When the selected license is absent in the AR System server. 

Workaround: 

Add the bundled application license to your server by using the Add or Remove Licenses form.
