Customizing your applications by using shared services

As an application business analyst, you can customize your application deployed on BMC Helix Innovation Studio to leverage the services provided by Shared Components and Shared Services bundles.

Scenario

An administrator in Apex Global has deployed an application to onboard new hires, which requires employee details such as first name, last name, and employee ID. The application meets your requirements; however, Apex Global wants to customize this application to allow employees to raise tickets for their queries or integrate live chat to enable employees to help resolve their requests with the support of a live agent.

As an application business analyst, you use the components and services provided by Shared Components and Shared Services bundles to customize the onboarding application.
