Tracking cases or tasks that fetch no response

To add the BWF Empty State component to a view definition

1. Log in to BMC Helix Innovation Studio and navigate to the Workspace tab.
2. Select the application for which you want to add a BWF Empty State component.
3. On the Views tab, click the name of the view definition to which you want to add a BWF Empty State component.
4. From Palette, drag the BWF Empty State component.

5. In the Properties pane, click Settings , and then specify the properties as indicated in the following table:

   Property	Action	Example
   Label	Enter a name that you want to display for the icon.
   View Type	Select the icon logo from the list.
   Hidden	Turn on the toggle key to disable the BWF Empty State button.
   Inverted	Turn on toggle key to invert the label text color.

6. Click Save.
