Configuring the RPC timeout setting
The information in this topic is applicable only for on-premises deployments.
You can configure the RPC timeout setting for pending distributed operations to accommodate slow network connections or large amounts of data. If you do not configure this setting, the system uses the default timeout (120 seconds).
To configure the RPC timeout setting
Open the AR System Administration: Server Information form for the appropriate AR System server.
Click the DSO tab.
In the API Timeout Normal field, enter the number of seconds before a timeout occurs. The timeout value must be an integer between 60 (1 minute) and 21600 (6 hours).
