Hiding unmodified objects in Best Practice Customization mode

With respect to customization types, unmodified objects are objects that are created in Base Development mode and are not overlaid. By default, overlay, custom, and unmodified origin objects are displayed in object lists in Best Practice Customization mode.

To see customizations to applications that are only overlays and custom objects, hide all of the unmodified origin objects in Best Practice Customization mode by using the following procedure.

To hide unmodified objects in Best Practice Customization mode

  1. In Best Practice Customization mode, open the appropriate object list.
  2. Expand Filtering Options, and select Custom and Overlay in the Customization Type options as follows:

The list now displays only overlay and custom objects.
  3. To redisplay the unmodified objects, select the Base option only.
