Reducing AR System server startup time and 32-bit memory constraints

You can use the Display Property Caching feature to resolve 32-bit AR System server memory constraints and to reduce server startup time by configuring how the server caches display properties.

In the Server Configuration tab, set the Display Property Caching field to Cache only server display properties. This reduces memory use and allows for a run-time re-cache if needed. This feature can be used alone or in conjunction with preload threads. The Cache only server display properties setting might impact performance when display properties are requested, but the impact is not significant. For more information, see Configuration tab fields and the Display Property Caching property in Setting-administrative-options.
