Modifying associations

For modifying your associations, you must open the associations from the list in Developer Studio.

Important

In Best Practice Customization mode, you can create an overlay of associations that are defined in Base Development mode. You can create Overwrite type overlay for associations and can enable or disable associations in overlay mode. For more information about creating overlays, see Creating-overlays-for-AR-System-objects.

To modify associations

  1. In AR System Navigator, expand serverName> Associations, right-click the association name, and select Edit.

  2. In the Edit Association dialog box, modify the association as necessary.
    For details about how to modify associations, see the following procedures:
    1. To create direct associations
    2. To create indirect associations

Important

To view all the associations related to a form, right-click the form and select associations.

To delete associations

In the Associations list, right-click the name of the association and select Delete.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
