Filter record definition

The ability to filter record definitions from a long list of records enables you to quickly search only relevant records.

You can filter and search a record by typing in a relevant search term in the Search box.

In a case-sensitive database, when you search for record definitions from the record definition grid, the search returns all the matching results instead of returning only the exact match. For example, if you have two record definitionsEMPLOYEE and employee, in a case-sensitive database, when you search for the EMPLOYEE record definition, the search returns both record definitions.

You can also filter record definitions based on the Modified Date column in the record definition grid.
