Form to view More Information requests related to current approval request

The AP:Dtl-Sig-MoreInfoDialog form appears when you click More Information on the AP:Detail-Signature form, or Manage More Information on the three-way join forms in the sample applications. When the form is opened, it is populated with a list of More Information requests related to the current approval request.

Field

Description

Existing More Information records

This field displays any More Information records attached to the current approval process.

Preferences

Click to set the preferences to display items in this table. You can choose to display or hide a column, set the refresh interval, and reset or save the display settings.

Refresh

Refreshes the list.

New Record

Opens the AP:More Information form in New mode, where you can create a new More Information request.

Open

Opens the selected item in the list.

Close

Closes the form.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
