Use cases for integrating AR REST API with an external form

You can integrate an external form by using the AR System REST API.

Using REST API for integration facilitates an improved integration process that is independent of the platform. The following Interface forms are used for integrating with the Incident form:

  • HPD:IncidentInterface_Create is used for creating new incidents.
  • HPD:IncidentInterface is used for modifying the incidents
