Automating actions performed in third-party systems by using a content package

As an application business analyst, you can use content packages to leverage the out-of-the-box connectors such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Azure, and Jenkins. You can create services to automate user requests and integrate with third-party applications by using the out-of-the-box content packages.

Important

BMC provides the out-of-the-box content packages as reference material only.

Important

The sample services and related definitions are available by default in your development environment in the BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog application.

Download the sample script files at PDFs, videos, and API documentation and use them in the third-party system. For example, to implement the Request a payslip service, you can download the BMC Sample Request PaySlip Bot Script.zip file and upload it to Automation Anywhere.
