Setting up BMC Helix Knowledge Management in an application


BMC Helix Innovation Studio supports BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround by ComAround as a search provider in an application. With BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround, you boost your knowledge base with an extensive Article-Pack that contains knowledge articles to supports service desk agents and customers using software from Microsoft, Google, Adobe, and Zoom.

Important

In this release, you can integrate BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround with BMC Helix Virtual Agent and BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced only. You cannot integrate BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround with other BMC applications or custom applications.

If you want to use BMC Helix ITSM: Knowledge Management articles in knowledge search, as an administrator, complete the following tasks to leverage the BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround knowledge capabilities:
