Configuring the cognitive service providers for the BMC Helix Innovation Studio Cognitive Service


As an administrator, you can choose a cognitive service provider for BMC Helix Cognitive Automation like auto-classification and conversation services. You can use one of the cognitive service providers for the following BMC Helix Cognitive Automation:

  • IBM Watson service provisioned by BMC or by you and BMC Native (Google) classification based on Google Cloud Platform for auto-classification.
  • IBM Watson service provisioned by BMC or by you for chatbot and tone analyzer services.
  • IBM Watson service provisioned by BMC for cognitive search.
